Lots and Lands Returned and Remaining Delinquent for the Non-Payment of Taxes for the Year 1894 and former years, in Howard County, Indiana.

NOTICE is hereby given that each of the following tracts of land and town lots have been returned delinquent by the Treasurer of Howard County, Indiana, for the year 1894 and former years, and that the same or so much thereof as may be necessary, will be sold by the Treasurer of said county aforesaid, according to law, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, to pay the taxes, penalty, cost and charges due on the same or from the owner or owners thereof, at the time of such sale unless said taxes, penalty, cost and charges shall have been paid before the second Monday in February, A. D. 1896, at which time between the hours of 10 o'clock, a. m., and 4 o'clock, p. m., said sale will be held, at the east court house door, in said county, and continue from day to day until all of said land and lots are sold.
