Notice to Non-Residents.

In the Howard Circuit Court, December Term, 1886.

Now comes the plaintiff, by Blacklidge & Blacklidge his attorneys, and flies his complaint herein, together with an affidavit that the residence of the defendants, D. C. Hurley, Mary Ann Hurley, William H. Poff, Isaac Helmes or Simes and --- Steuart wife of William Steuart, whose first name is unknown, and likewise the unknown heirs of said parties although diligent search has been made is unknown but is believed not to be within the state of Indiana, that said defendants are all necessary parties to said cause of action which is to quiet title to and to cancel a mortgage on real estate in Howard county, Indiana, and that a cause of action exists against all of them.

     Notice is therefore hereby given said defendants, that unless they be and appear on the 30th day of the next term of the Howard Circuit Court to be holden on the 3d Monday of December 1886, at the court house in Kokomo, in said county and State and answer or demur to said complaint, the said will be heard and determined in their absence.
